For the past nine years, I have been a Professor (Associate Professor, as of Fall 2015) in the School of Agriculture, Sustainability, Business, and Entrepreneurship at Morrisville State College (MSC)/State University of New York, as well as the Department of Business and Entrepreneurship Internship Advisor/Coordinator of the B. Tech/Technology Management Program, with prior professorship/course-development at American InterContinental University (AIU) and Touro University International (TUI), in both the Graduate and Undergraduate Degree Programs of Business and Management. Courses for which I am responsible are in Leadership in Organizations, Strategic Management, Innovation/New Venture Creation, Business Statistics, Business Ethics, etc. I also serve as Advisor/Coordinator of Student Entrepreneurs/Aspirants in the Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management Programs, who have either prepared to initiate new ideas for opportunities, have launched ventures, or are in the process of growing small businesses.
I am currently the NYS Adviser and the Chapter Co-Adviser at MSC and the of Phi Beta Lambda (ΦΒΛ)/PBL, which is the post-secondary/collegiate component of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) education association with a quarter million students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. I am also a PBL Professional Division member, and contribute to various aspects Progress, Service, and Education, as a mentor, liaison amongst the FBLA/PBL levels, support resource, to ensure and promote the mission and goals of the organization.
I further serve on the State University of New York (SUNY) University Faculty Senate Committee on Ethics and Institutional Integrity (Ethics Committee), whose responsibility is to study and make recommendations to the SUNY University Faculty Senate President regarding issues of professional behavior, ethical conduct and institutional integrity as they relate to faculty, students, administrators, and other personnel in SUNY and higher education.
I have previously worked for ~13 years in the Pharmaceutical industry (Mallinckrodt Medical and Searle-Monsanto, and Pharmacia/Pfizer) as a Research Biologist, during which over 2 years were an appointment as a Portfolio/Decision Analyst in Strategic Planning within the Discovery Research area. I have extensive experience (~6 years) in Medical Research, and after having acquired interest in Business and Management, attained an MBA while employed as a Scientist/Researcher at Washington University School of Medicine. Subsequently, I completed my Ph.D. in Organization and Management (School of Business) while working full-time as a Research Biologist and a Portfolio Decision Analyst at Pfizer (formally Pharmacia Corporation/Monsanto-Searle).
Mostly, I am very honored and excited to be involved in the endeavors of PBL, in multiple capacities!

I have been with PBL for about 2 years between being a student and a State Co-adviser. I joined the PBL Professional Division once I graduated with my Bachelors from Morrisville State College and currently assist NY PBL State Officers in various matters. Outside my PBL involvement, I work as a Network Engineer contractor in Schenectady, NY. When my free time permits, I can be found rail-fanning as well as participating in various Obstacle Course Races throughout the northeast.
