What is New York State Phi Beta Lambda?
New York State Phi Beta Lambda (NY PBL) is a state chapter of the collegiate level of the world's largest student, business organization, Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL). With over 8,000 members and 350 chapters across the nation, Phi Beta Lambda has been dedicated to shaping and inspiring the leaders of tomorrow. Throughout the membership year, FBLA-PBL offers Phi Beta Lambda members two unique national conferences filled with actives that expand and grow personal and professional skills, such as business tours, workshops, career guidance/development, and much more!
In the Fall, all members are invited to attend the Career Connections Conference in New York City where members can meet with and learn from HR personal from top companies such as Merrill Lynch, MetLife Stadium (The New York Giants), The Broadway League, and more!
Every Summer, after the annual New York State Leadership Conference in the Spring, all registered Phi Beta Lambda members can attend the National Leadership Conference where you can network, develop skills, and all state-finalists can compete for prizes and the top National titles in business, technology related competitive events.
